A Broughton Street institution, L’Escargot Bleu made its name through thoughtful sourcing of ingredients and the ability to integrate the star ingredients of Scotland into their classically French menu. With a focus on provenance, almost all of their ingredients are locally sourced, from Peterhead seafood to Highland Wagyu beef, but served in a distinctly French style.
