Andrew Maxwell is very much a comedian who gathers momentum each year he performs at the fringe. Slight Return is not merely an understatement, but a downright lie. Maxwell is back, and there is nothing like the still sore wound of Brexit, Jeremy Corbyn’s somewhat shady character and the general political disarray of the country to supply a self-confessed ‘news nerd’ comedian with a wealth of new material.

Maxwell’s humour is as sharp as a whip, leaving the audience laughing along with his hilarious anecdotes. His comedy is fearless; no subject is off limits and his astonishing speculations on family life, current events and the Edinburgh fringe.

Perfectly suited and more than capable of filling the theatre, Maxwell is a true professional and will guarantee audience members will be sharing his hysterical outlook after they leave.
