As some readers may have noticed, 2016 is a bit of a hot topic for a variety of political campaigns and referendums. Now, are these important discussions to be utilised as cheap comedic shots?

Certainly not for Nish Kumar.

Nothing short of an instinctive mind for political commentary and satire, Kumar’s show; Actions Speak Louder Than Words, Unless You Shout the Words Real Loud, is one of the most intellectually wrapped pieces of comedy you will see. Never feeling forced, tiresome or patronising, instead, the audience feels engaged with, debating in silence (well, laughter) with Kumar as his angry logic spill over and floods the room.

A concoction of confidence-driven morality from a comedian who says more than a lot of politicians would. Whilst actions speak louder than words, Kumar’s words are ones to intently listen to (when you’re not busy laughing).
