Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again is a powerful and emotive play that questions the nature of language, relationships and interactions as a woman in modern society. Through a range of situations that explore work, life, love and the body, the play brings the treatment of females to the forefront, emphasising the absurdity of things often considered the norm.
It is a startling and enlightening depiction of contemporary society that allows its audience to question, think and react by setting the groundwork for changing your thinking. The actors are passionate and seamless in their performance, delivering a truly convincing message, and there are moments of much needed humour that lighten the tone without reducing the the play’s purpose.
An incredibly evocative play with a crucial message, creatively translated to the audience, Revolt should be seen by all.
