A comic of impeccable timing, Tom Allen entertains by way of subtle ridicule, but in a fantastically sophisticated manner. With wit as sharp as his fashion sense, nothing is safe.
As well as enjoyable rants in his unique, eloquent tone, his audience interaction is quick, wicked and left us giddily wanting more.
While there seems to be a slight lull in the middle, this can only be due to the fact the audience has acclimatized to an initial fast pace, but still we hang on his every word.
Recollections of childhood identity crises and hapless excursions, round off a largely successful show, and it’s clear Tom Allen is a name comedy fans will be hearing a lot more of in the future.
